how do I delete an order that is not yet closed?

Make a "click" on the square which is located below the blue word "delete", followed by another click on the red symbol "x delete" and this eliminates the articles you have selected.

You can then proceed with further requests.

how long does it take a parcel to arrive?

It takes 24 hours after confirmation of payment (to mainland Portugal).

For the Azores and Madeira usually takes 8-10 business days.

How to make a purchase?

1st - Select the desired product with the desired amount.

2nd - You must select a color or size, if these options are available.

3rd - "Click "with the left bottom of the mouse on the "cart" situated next to the product to add to the shopping cart.

4th -Repeat the same steps to select other items if necessary.

5th -When finished with your order, make a "click" on the shopping cart located in the banner and follow the instructions requested, filling in your data, payment options and submit.

what should I do after sending the request

You must wait for our e-mail reply, informing if the requested items, sizes and colours are available, as well the information about the weight and postage to pay. We will try to be brief.
