How to Buy
Start by adding the products to the cart and follow the requested purchase instructions. Next you will receive an e-mail informing if the requested products are available and the confirmation of the total cost including transport and then you may proceed payment.
Please Inform us when finished not forgetting to mention the number of the order for faster identification. This will facilitate efficiently our delievery service.
If payment is not made within a period of 48 hours from the date of confirmation we reserve the right of cancellation and place the product for sale.

Shipping / Delivery
Orders require prepayment. We do not ship orders to collection.
We will not be responsible for delays resulting from strikes, traffic and other reasons that are unrelated to us and from the responsibility of the carrier. All orders made in our on-line shop will be delievered by express mail of transport company CTT Expresso / service EMS 18 and will be received within 24 hours if the payment is confirmed until 13:00h of the previous day (working days only).
To check the status of your order click (track and tracing) here. This link is provided by the carrier and through it you can follow the path of your order until the destiny. For this we will provide a transport guide number.
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer and should be someone on site to receive. If the order is returned because no one received, the delivery of a second shipment will be borne by the customer and charged in advance. This procedure is also applied to incorrect address information and other reasons we are not involved or responsible.
